I think the tradional gift is supposed to be cotton (or if your going for the modern list its china) for the 2 year anniversary. So in addion to the flowers, you could send her some comfy pj's, slippers, or A nice Lenox tea set. I have a friend who gave his wife a monogramed bathrobe! I thought that was so cool, and since you won't be able to see you honey, having the two of your intials close to her heart will remind her of you.
