Yes, I knew someone who I KNOW was truly evil; not just "mean" or "selfish" but TRULY EVIL.

Also, I spent time in Kuwait and although I never met him, I feel certain that Sadam Hussein was truly evil along with Hitler and many others BUT I never met them.

they are usually pretty smart and know how to make themselves look innocent
don't mess with them
get on their bad side and they'll turn things against you

I have never met a truly evil person, but I do believe it is possible for someone to be truly evil, just as I believe it is possible for someone to be truly good. Just have not met either person. Most people are just doing what they can to be the best they can, with occasionally episodes of being nasty, selfish, or self-centered.

Yes there have been some people who I felt that way about...they liked to 'traumatize' people, 'bully' them and beat people up just to try to get their own way...it was/is probably the one way in which I started believing there was 'something' called 'evil'...:D
