Has anyone tried a Quick Weight Loss center diet? How is it? Is it costly? Is it worth my investment or my money? Is it a diet plan that I can find for free online? (tried looking, but no success as of yet)

You should watch that new diet show on TLC, tonite at 9, called I can Make you Thin. I love this guy cuz everything he says makes sense. The first show was on last week, but they replay them over and over. I have tried all the stuff he suggested and lost 3 lbs this week and I NEVER exercise. The one diet program like you mentioned are $800 plus...They will have "discounts" in the paper I see sometimes.
