I made one up on my own. When I was on it I lost 40 lbs. I was eating constantly and was eating 7-8 fruits and vegetables a day. You just have to eat smart with a good balance of carbs and protein.

I know that on fitday.com you can monitor what you eat by keeping records and you can also monitor your weight loss and your activity level. It's free. I am not sure though if they offer a diet plan.

what helped me alot was willpower,that was the main thing in any plan, but also one thing that helped me alot was i went on a "cereal fast plant" i just ate nothing but cereal,RAISin bran, with a little of flax seed, and literally the fat melted away.DO NOT GET SUGARY CEREALS OR FOODS its the same thing like fat,and at least EXCERCISE MORE, such as walking longer than usual.This worked for me.Mix rasin bran and mini wheats for the taste u crave, and eat in smaller portions.If u feel a crave coming, drown it with water and walk it off.I did this, and fr the first 3 days was hard but it worked.Also, for a good plan after those pounds that youll lose this is what ull do next...
