work-out--walking, running, work-out tapes--its doesn't matter as long as you do something

I lost 15 pounds in 4 months. How? By not dieting and not taking pills. It's not good for you. And dieting only makes you crave ... You have to find something that you'll stick to for the rest of your life if you don't want to double the weight you lost.

All I did was to whatch what I eat, only cheat one day. Eat 5 times a day (it keeps your hunger in check). Eat smaller portions. Drink 2 litres of water per day (at least). Exercice and stay active. I go to the gym every two days for about one hour and a half. Cardio and weights. I roller blade, take walks down hill skiig, swimming ...
