I have found that sex, if done right, is by far the BEST EXERCISE AND WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM THERE IS!! I swear, since I'm approaching 30 (January 4th thank you very much) I have been SO SEXUALLY DRIVEN that I'M ACTUALLY LOSING WEIGHT!! HA HA!! I don't exercise that much, I'm busy with kids, work, house blah blah blah but as soon as he gets home...IT'S TO THE BEDROOM WE GO. Sex allegedly burns up to 750 calories for a decent, energetic session. Twice a day would burn off a lot of caloric intake! Weight loss would be normal. LOL. Frankly, normal workouts bore me but a steady diet of sexual exercise would make me a very happy and healthy man. :)

i mean... sex is seriously the healthy activity one can do... and it surprises me some people dont do it enough... its not even about the weightloss and physical health... alot of postive mental health derives from a steady healthy sexual relationship... its good to have the good juices flow through the brain and body...

I personally havent had sex in a little while.. its been a few months.. and i can already tell im loosing definition where my love handles are... man.... i really need to hop back on the boat... this dry spell is taking a toll on my mental heath as we speak
