I hate to be the one to tell you but pills dont do it alone.. its old fashioned hard work (I have the before and after photos on my profile to prove it).. I did everything,.. diets pills, etc it was not until I started dedicating time in the gym which made me crave other foods that I got where I wanted to go..,.. after I reached my goal I was in ads for the gym.. I would get asked ALL the time WHAT diet were you on.. DID You take pills .. other then vitamins no.. people seemed disappointed when I told them I did it the common sense way.. working out , and changing my diet

I think it was around $100 maybe a little more & I got nothing. You had to take like 3-4 pills several times during the day which made me feel sick & then there was this disgusting shake that came with it & I drank one & almost puked on the second (maybe that's where the weight loss comes in at). I tried it for about a month with no results & then couldn't take it anymore. I gave it to my cousin who had no results either. I wouldn't waste your $$$. Count calories & exercise. Walk or play basketball for a little while if you're not really athletic (any exercise will help). Good luck!
